And the Grand Prix won a short film directed by the US.

The 4th Rivne International Film Festival "Dream City" took place in Rivne on October 20-23. In total, 50 film directors from 18 countries watched the film festival's audience and jury.

It was extremely pleasing to us, the organizers, that the program to promote national films within the framework of the film festival succeeded in embodying perfectly thanks to the support of the audience. We are sincerely grateful to all - spectators, our volunteers, members of the jury, our partners: Ukrainian Film State Agency, Rivne City Council, Rivne Regional Executive Committee, Rivne Museum, National University Ostroh Academy, as well as information partners: Espresso TV, Rhythm TV, for their continued support over the years.

We congratulate this year's winners and wish them new victories and inspiration for future creative projects!
