The film festival will take place on October 20 - 23.

This year's September has become a difficult time for us. We have done a lot of preparatory work, selected excellent films for the competition program, conducted a large-scale advertising campaign...

The film festival was announced on September 24-28. However, unfortunately, the uncertainty in the plans of the main partner of RIFF "Dream City" negatively affected not only our film festival. Therefore, we are urgently required to seek additional sources of funding for the event.
